Recipe Round-up: October

It’s nearing the end of October. Crazy! Here are the recipes we tried and which got our stamp of approval:

Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls via Averie Cooks. Delicious and hit the spot. If you like gooey, melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon rolls, these are for you! 

Homemade Pancake Syrup via Serious Eats. Ran out of maple syrup, and this was a surprisingly tasty substitute. Not quite caramel, sweet & salty -- this would be good on a whole number of things.

Chocolate Mousse via Food52. OH MY GOSH. I have resisted trying this for so long. But it is ridiculously easy and insanely good. (Would also make a good cake filling!)

Naan via The Great British Bake Off. These were delicious and quicker than yeasted. (Perhaps one of us spoke too soon last month?)
